Show Car Registration – PVW 30th Anniversary

I understand that L’oe Show Show Car Registration is only open to cars from the VW Group (Audi, Porsche, VW, etc), and that my car must qualify / may be declined registration at the discretion of the show organizers. If accepted, I understand that I will need to collect a registration packet in Pottstown on the weekend of the event to gain entry to the show, and to receive any discounts or free items if applicable. Registrations are not transferrable or refundable, and the event will be held rain or shine. [NB. If your car is declined, you will receive a full refund for your entry].

Code of Conduct & Vehicle Operation
I agree to operate my vehicle in a safe and lawful manner at all times. I understand that any conduct deemed by the organizers, in their sole discretion, to be reckless, dangerous, “anti-social,” or damaging to property or reputation will result in the immediate revocation of my registration without a refund. This includes, but is not limited to: burnouts, wheel spinning, “2-stepping”, excessive engine revving, or any violation of local traffic laws and control devices. This is at the sole discretion of the organizers, and is non-negotiable.

Data Privacy & Information Sharing
I hereby grant the organizers an irrevocable right to share any and all personal information provided during registration (including name, contact details, and vehicle information) with law enforcement, local authorities, or any third parties the organizers deem necessary. This disclosure may be made for safety reasons, investigation of conduct violations, or any other reason the organizers, in their sole discretion, deem applicable to the protection of the event or its stakeholders. Please note : Information will never be sold.

Event Logistics & Safety
I acknowledge that vehicle movement is strictly prohibited within the show area during active event hours. I agree to arrive by the designated “load-in” time; failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of my assigned space and/or denial of entry without refund.
I understand that registrations cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded, and that vehicles cannot be swapped or substituted, and that the event will be held rain or shine with no “rain date”.

Quiet Hours and Pedestrians
I agree to hold pedestrian safety and that of others with the highest regard at all times.
I further agree to observe “quiet hours” (typically 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM) as requested by the organizers and local noise ordinances, as there are residential homes throughout the area.

Indemnity & Release of Liability
By agreeing to these terms, I assume all risks associated with participation in this event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, and third-party affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from my conduct or the operation of my vehicle.
