Can I help / volunteer / be a show car judge / work in the store?

We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendees due to antisocial behavior.
This includes physical or verbal abuse, failure to obey any local or state laws, any member of law enforcement, emergency services, or of the show team.

No starting or moving of cars inside the show areas permitted between 10am and 5pm.
What are the rules for my car inside the show?
All cars must be loaded-in and switched off by 9:45 am. There is no fuel level restrictions unless your registration explicitly states so. You will be refused entry if this is not complied with. No cars are to be started outside of the permitted time slots of entry/exit. Once parked, cars cannot be started or leave until 5:00 pm Sunday. All cars are moved, parked and displayed at their own risk. Once assigned a parking spot, you cannot move the car to a different spot due to fire regulations. Any emergency lane markers and all fire regulations must be obeyed at all time.
Is there a rain date?

Can I get a refund if I don’t attend, or transfer my registration?
No, unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds if you are unable to attend. Registrations cannot be transferred.
Where can I get Regular and Diesel Fuel?
Closest (best option) on High St: Wawa, 1520 E High St, Pottstown, PA 19464
Cheapest: Costco Members Only – Sanatoga Exit, Highway 422
Alternative: Wawa, 260 W Schuylkill Rd, Pottstown, PA 19465
There are lots of other fuel stations around town, of various quality and amenities.
Can I bring a BBQ or alcohol to the show?
No. Bring $ and shoes… Walk around and have a great time and enjoy the cars, local food, and indeed the local breweries if you’re not driving.
Is there Camping available?

30 Amp Hookup – Water & Electric Only (no Sewer, Cable, or WiFi) $40 a night includes 2 Adults and one child under 12
Tent sites – 1 tent per site $34 a night includes 2 Adults and 1 child under 12
Each additional person over the age of 16 is $5 per day. Maximum 4 person per site.
Office Hours: Fri: 12 pm-8 pm Sat: 10 am-6 pm Sun/Mon: no office hours but you are able to checkout during these times.
There is no Pool but there is a catch-and-release pond. Please visit their website for more information and respect the rules of the campground. We have no relationship with this location, and have not stayed there.
