SUNDAY BUILD PARTY(s)
Sunday 23rd and 30th August – 10:00am – 5:00pm
TASKS : Help prepare / cut the containers, making road signs, moving boxes and crates for the museum / store, organise street decorations (flags)etc.

LOCATION : Orchid Euro warehouse. Please use street parking.
NOTE : Bring workgloves if you have them, but you’re also welcome to come say hello but the main crew won’t have a lot of time to stand and chat if we’re working.
MAIN SHOW PARKING VIRTUAL MEETING

TASKS : For volunteers and show car owners to learn about helping with parking, and parking their own cars at the Main Show on Sunday.

PRE-SHOW SETUP

TASKS : Help prepare pallets, street closure barrels, and containers for moving, help moving boxes, preparing goodie bags, signs, final museum setup.

STREET SETUP
Friday 4th Sept. – 09:00am – 4:00pm
TASKS : Help install barrels and chains for street closure, install road closure signs, place car-pallets and street decorations.

GTI Photoshoot

PARKING VOLUNTEER MEETING
Sunday 6th Sept. – 07:00am SHARP
TASKS : Discuss the new parking plan, meet your parking team, and park your car early in the show, or spectator parking.
TIME : Meet at 07:00 SHARP
LOCATION : On Hanover Street @ 52 S Hanover St, Pottstown, PA 19464
NOTE : You can only enter Hanover Street from south of the show – via Industrial Blvd or crossing the bridge on Hannover from 422 West etc.
SHOW CAR PARKING
Sunday 6th Sept. – 07:00am – 9:45am
TASKS : A really important job – the more the better! Help park the show cars at a rate of 8.3 cars per minute, over a 1 mile area!
TIME : 10:00am – 5:00pm Sunday 23rd and Sunday 30th August
LOCATION : Meet at 52 S Hanover St, Pottstown, PA 19464
NOTE : You must attend the meeting at 7:00 above, and you will get to park your show car or spectator car early, but please note you MUST be available to help parlk at 08:00am when the cars come in, so make sure to get your coffee before 7:00am.
AFTER SHOW QUICK CLEAN
Sunday 6th Sept: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
TASKS : Pack the show cases with flags and PA systems, pickup any litter and tie trash bags, help direct traffic and make sure fire lane is open.
TIME : 10:00am – 5:00pm Sunday 23rd and Sunday 30th August
LOCATION : Main show stage.
NOTE : This is a big help if you can – we’re all tired, and many hands make light work.
SHOW BREAK-DOWN
Monday 7th Sept – 10:00am – 3:00pm
TASKS : Help remove the containers, pallets, and re-opening the roads.
TIME : 10:00am – 3:00pm Monday 7th
LOCATION : Main Show Stage
NOTE : It’s the day after, the forklifts will be running. It’s 5 hours to take down the whole show, while also hugging friends who are heading home around the world.
