L’oe Show is coming – Here’s the info!

L’oe Prep is real, and we’re in the final stages! Here’s all the info we think you’ll need, and you can always check out our website and IG for more.
|
|
Hang Tag & Goodie Bag Collection: Your hang tag acts as your entry to the show field on Sunday morning. You can collect it along with your lanyard (valid for promotional items and discounts listed on the back) and your goodie bag on the weekend of the event.
Times and the location for pickup are:
L’oe Store and Museum – 22 E. High St, Pottstown, PA 19464
Friday : 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Saturday : 12:00pm – 7:00pm (Note : High St. is closed from 1pm-3pm)
Sunday : 8:00am – 9:30am
(Note : Your car must be inside the show by 9:45am!)
You’ll need to bring your license plate number along for verification, so please bring a photo of it if you don’t think you’ll remember it. If someone else is collecting your pack for you, they’ll need a copy of your ID. As a reminder, all hangtags are preprinted and nontransferable.
If you have entered multiple cars with one email address, you will only receive one confirmation email per address.

While the Main Show Day is Sunday, September 6, there are lots of other GTGs and events starting on Thursday evening at Sly Fox. Check out the schedule on our website for the latest info and any changes.
The GTI 50 Photoshoot will be on Saturday Morning, 9:00 am to 11:00 am. It’s being held at the Pottstown Steel Mill, and is only for GTI cars – if you want to come check it out, please carpool with someone bringing a GTI as parking is limited.

Make sure to collect and use your lanyard along with your entry hangtag – the back of the lanyard has a list of vendors and companies that are giving exclusive free items and discounts ONLY to show car owners. You can present your lanyard at participating booths on Sunday and at participating restaurants and dyno testing throughout the weekend to receive some great swag and deals.

One final big thank you and reminder that we consider it a privilege to invite and host everyone here in Pottstown. We are very grateful for the town and its residents, and ask you to help us celebrate in a friendly and welcoming way. Please join us in supporting our local businesses, and in being welcomed back for years to come. If you see anyone driving unsafely, please remind them of what we risk losing. Please respect our neighbors and our town: no burnouts or 2-step, and please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm.
